RRC CHURCH SYSTEM - MOBILE UPDATE INSTALLATION
Date: 7 September 2026

IMPORTANT
1. Back up the current website files before replacing anything.
2. This update does not require a database import or database upgrade.
3. Keep the existing .env file from the live server because it contains the
   server database settings.

CPANEL INSTALLATION
1. Open cPanel > File Manager.
2. Open the folder used by rrc.citytec.co.tz.
3. Download a backup copy of the current website folder.
4. Upload this ZIP file and extract it into a temporary folder.
5. Copy the contents inside church_system into the live RRC application folder.
6. When asked, replace the existing files. Do not replace a working live .env
   file with .env.example.
7. Confirm that public/uploads and public/uploads/members remain writable.
8. Open rrc.citytec.co.tz and log in.

AFTER INSTALLING
Chrome may temporarily show the old CSS from its cache. On the phone:
1. Open Chrome settings.
2. Clear cached images and files, or open the site in an Incognito tab.
3. Reload and test Members, Finance, Attendance, Reports, Settings, and Login.

PHONE TEST CHECKLIST
- The topbar remains on one row and no control leaves the screen.
- Page actions appear as an organized two-column grid.
- Search fields fit within the screen.
- Table records appear as compact cards with aligned labels and values.
- Long names and numbers wrap instead of overflowing.
- The login form appears before the information panel.
- No page has accidental horizontal scrolling.
