RRC CHURCH SYSTEM - DATABASE IMPORT HELP Because phpMyAdmin can timeout on larger SQL files, use the no-timeout importer. BEST METHOD ON WINDOWS/XAMPP 1. Copy the whole church_system folder to: C:\xampp\htdocs\church_system 2. Open XAMPP Control Panel as Administrator. 3. Start MySQL. 4. Double-click this file inside the church_system folder: IMPORT_DATABASE_NO_TIMEOUT.bat 5. Wait until it says SUCCESS. 6. Open the system: http://localhost/church_system/public/ LOGIN Username: admin Password: Admin@12345 FILES INCLUDED - database/latest_import.sql This is the prepared import file using your uploaded backup. It includes: CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS rrc_church; USE rrc_church; SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0; your backup data; SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=1; - database/source_uploads/rrc_backup_20260306_115724.sql This is the original SQL file you uploaded. - database/rrc_backup_20260408_155440.sql This was already inside your uploaded church_system.zip, so it was kept for safety. IMPORTANT WARNING latest_import.sql contains DROP TABLE commands. That means it replaces the tables inside rrc_church. If you already have newer live data, back it up first before importing. IF MYSQL USES PORT 3307 Right-click IMPORT_DATABASE_NO_TIMEOUT.bat -> Edit Change: MYSQL_PORT=3306 To: MYSQL_PORT=3307 Save and run again. IF ROOT HAS A PASSWORD Right-click IMPORT_DATABASE_NO_TIMEOUT.bat -> Edit Change: MYSQL_PASS= To: MYSQL_PASS=yourpassword Save and run again.
