SAFE RESOURCES LTD - V8 ROSTER MANAGEMENT INSTALLATION

1. Upload Safe_Resources_V8_Roster_Management.zip into:
   /home/citytec/public_html/saferesourcesltd.citytec.co.tz

2. Extract it in that same directory and overwrite existing files.
   The ZIP does not contain config/config.php and will not replace the database password.

3. In phpMyAdmin, select citytec_safe_resources.

4. Import:
   security_management_system/database/update_v8_roster_management.sql

5. Open:
   https://saferesourcesltd.citytec.co.tz/roster/index.php

6. Click "Build from current guards" once.
   This creates the visual monthly sheet, groups guards by their recorded location,
   creates missing posts, and keeps a blank replacement row in every location.

7. Use the three-dot menu beside a guard to remove them or edit their duty pattern.
   Click an empty row to search for and add a guard.
   Click a D/N/OFF cell to cycle its value.

Do not import update_v8_roster_management.sql more than once.
